Starlight Home Health was created for Western Colorado families who deserve care they can trust without leaving the place they call home. We provide professional, compassionate home health services for people who need support recovering, healing, aging safely, managing health needs, or staying as independent as possible at home.
Founder Story
Our Story
Starlight began with Judy DeVincentis and a belief that has guided every decision since: the quality of care a person receives should not depend on their ZIP code. Families on the Western Slope deserve access to trusted home health care, the same level of service, professionalism, and follow-through families expect in larger metro areas.
Judy built her career around that belief. Before Starlight, she led one of the most successful FirstLight Home Care franchises in the country and built a reputation for high standards, strong teams, and trusted care families could count on. With an unwavering passion to serve local families, she set out to build a Medicare-certified home health agency from the ground up for Western Colorado.

That is how Starlight was born: a local company built to help people stay home and comfortable while giving families complete peace of mind.
Today, Judy's son, Christopher DeVincentis, joins Starlight as CEO. Chris brings deep home care leadership experience from building and leading FirstLight Home Care operations in Denver and Omaha. In Denver, he was recognized as Rookie of the Year and became a consistent top performer. After selling his first FirstLight location after 10 years and later owning another in Omaha, Chris now brings that experience home to Starlight.
Together, Judy and Chris bring more than 30 years of home care experience and a shared conviction that trusted care starts at home, with people who listen, communicate, and show up when families need them most.
