Star Light Home Health Consulting is owned and operated by Randall L. Stilley, RN.

Mr. Stilley is a Palmetto approved psychiatric home health nurse with over 10-years experience in the field. He is a Registered Nurse and a long time health care Entrepreneur. After graduating from nursing school in 1980, Mr. Stilley, attended DePaul School of Anesthesia in Norfolk, Virginia. He has owned seven (7) startup businesses, including Infusion Therapy , RN/LVN Staffing, Medicare Hospice, National Travel Nurse Agency, and Medicare Home Health. Mr. Stilley’s successful businesses consist of all start-ups with no pre-existing patient/customers. Mr. Stilley has been quoted in several health care trade magazines since 1980. He brings a sincere passion and desire to assist others in pursuit of their dreams.

In 2010, after receiving requests for assistance in opening Medicare Psychiatric Home Health Agencies and Medicare Hospices, Mr. Stilley launched Star Light Home Health Consulting, offering combined years of experience and expertise in every area of development of a home health care and/or hospice customer’s potential or actual start up at an affordable cost. Star Light Home Health Consulting provides start-up services for home health agencies and hospices seeking Medicare Accreditation. Star Light Home Health Consulting provides on-site, phone and email assistance in every area of expertise needed for a successful launch of a new Psychiatric Home Health Program, new home health agency or hospice along with all P/Ps, forms, nurses notes, teaching materials and EVERYTHING you need to open your doors and start billing Medicare, Medicaid, Private Insurance and Private Individuals.
